Shipping & Returns




Raising Wild Things Apparel hand makes all products, and processes orders as they are received. We operate on an estimated 7-11 business day processing time before shipped.


Once shipped, Raising Wild Things Apparel is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We will use the address that is provided at the time of check out. If there is a shipping issue, please be sure to contact your local Canada Post for information on your package. We will assist you as best as we can, but Raising Wild Things Apparel does not deliver door to door.

Need to upgrade your shipping?

Please select the correct shipping you need. (keep in mind this is after our approximated 7-11 business day processing time)

Priority shipping time is 1- 3 days depending on your location. 
Priority express shipping time is 1 - 2 days

After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with Canada Post. 


PLEASE make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed within 1 hour of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)". Failure to do so will result in additional shipping fees.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will be on selected items. These orders may take up to several weeks to process + shipping time. You will be notified via email with a tracking number when your purchase has shipped.  If you're purchasing a pre-order item as well as other items, all items will ship together once pre-order is ready. If you wish to have your other items ship asap then please place order separately. 



Here at Raising Wild Things Apparel, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We currently do not accept returns, but do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. No Exceptions. Items damaged or defective may be returned within 3 DAYS of delivery.


Please contact us here. DO NOT SHIP IT BACK WITHOUT NOTIFYING US.  Once we receive your item in original condition (unwashed and unworn), with original tags, we will offer a store credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. Any discounts or promotions used cannot transfer over to the new purchase. Customers are responsible for shipment costs to return their item. Please note, exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days after receiving the item to be processed. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchanges/returns.


If you have received a defective item, please send us a message here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a exchange or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colours of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer/phone resolutions. Each Tie-Dye is hand made so each item will be unique and unlike a similar dyed item. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
